What do I need to install:

W.I.S.H.™ gets installed on each computer using it. The installation is a single installation file. When using the SQL version, a Microsoft ODBC client install is also required.

Where is the data stored:

The W.I.S.H.™ data is set up and installed on a Windows Server of your choice. Most often this is on a server that you already have in your agency, but can be on a cloud based RDS server as well. In other words, you get to choose where you want your data to be located. This means that your agency is responsible for purchasing and maintaining that server.

Because your agency is responsible for its own data server, the responsibility for data backup and security fall with the agency. Most agencies have an IT Support team that already take care of these types of details.
